Making Suggestions and Filing Complaints

In application of Article 15 of Royal Decree 951/2005, of July 29, which establishes the general framework for the improvement of quality in the General State Administration, users may electronically submit their complaints or suggestions addressed to the Ministry of Health through the following link:

Complaints and suggestions may also be submitted to the offices of the Ministry of Health in person, or by mail:

The complaint and suggestion form may be used to convey users' dissatisfaction with the Ministry's services, as well as initiatives to improve its quality.
