For the application of the benchmark price system, all notifications that the Directorate-General of the Common Portfolio of Services of the National Health and Pharmacy System must make to laboratories, distributors, representatives of pharmacies and other interested parties, as well as their actions before it, shall be made in accordance with article 27.6 of Law 11/2007, of 22 June, on electronic access by citizens to Public Services, obligatorily and by electronic means.
Interested parties must be registered in the @gesfarma notification census. However, those legal entities that are not registered in @gesfarma, may submit their data as legal entities via the e-mail precios_referencia@sanidad.gob.es the corresponding data.
