For the purposes of applying the reference price system, all notifications which have to be sent by the Directorate-General of the Basic Portfolio of Services of the National Health and Pharmacy System to laboratories, distributors, representatives of pharmacy offices and other parties concerned, and vice versa, must be carried out in accordance with Article 27.6 of Act 11/2007, of 22 June, on citizens’ electronic access to Public Services, mandatorily by electronic means.
The parties concerned must therefore obtain a Qualified Electronic Address and subscribe to the procedure in the electronic notification service made available to them by the Directorate-General of the Basic Portfolio of Services of the National Health and Pharmacy System from the following access http://sede.msps.gob.es/notifElectronicas/home.htm, in the "Public Consultation Procedure of the Directorate-General of the Basic Portfolio of Services of the National Health and Pharmacy System" in the section on subscription to the procedure. The parties concerned will be registered through an ID card or electronic certificate. Where the parties concerned have a personal electronic certificate and act on behalf of a natural or legal person (laboratory, distributor, association), they will have to email a document confirming such representation to the following address: precios_referencia@mscbs.es
